After the equine race suffered a severe loss in their numbers, only a few remained in the land. These few consisted of three stallions and two mares. All wanted to rule, so all did. They split the land into five kingdoms and became the five kings and queens. What they didnt know was that being the only equines that survived, they each gained the power of an element. The two queens were water and air, while the three kings were earth, fire and darkness. As time passed, normal equines began to wonder into the lands from far and wide, making home under the rule of the kings and queens and starting herds of their own. As things returned to normal and equines repopulated the land, the King of Darkness plotted his rule of each and every Kingdom. He wanted full power, and nothing would stand in his way. Not even the rare foals that began to be born with an element. Would these foals save the world one day, or would the King kill them before they had the chance to master their element and proceed with his takeover. So much can happen, in the world where the five were once thought to be ALONE.
